Terms of Service

Our goal is to provide the highest quality digital product, exceeding the expectations of our clients.
Please read this Agreement carefully before contracting Life Like View’s Services. By placing an order via telephone, our website, in person, or by any ordering mechanism developed in the future, you agree to become bound by the Terms of this Agreement.

If you do not accept all of the Terms, without modification, then you may not place an order or contract video production services from Life Like View. If these Terms are to be considered an offer by Life Like View (LLV), acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms.

The Contract Services

  • Contract ServicesLLV is contracted at your directive; therefore you acknowledge and understand that you alone are responsible for the images and audio LLV records on video. You represent and warrant that you have the authority to record video and audio at address you provide, on and inside the property at the time you specify.
  • Audio & Video LawsYou are responsible for notifying the owners and caretakers that you have contracted with LLV to record video and/or take pictures of the specified property. You will ensure that by contracting LLV to record video and audio at your event, both you and LLV are complying with all applicable local, state and US laws. LLV is responsible for insuring that we are following FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) rules for drone flights.
  • PrivacyLLV will not publish or share pictures of people unless they grant permission and sign a photo/video release that we provide. We will only take images of any private property that is left out in the open or visible. As the agent of the property owner, you have granted LLV permission to capture and publish the street address and images from the property described. Real Estate Company Name and any other names will not be published unless the agent specifies.
  • Copyright & SharingLLV (as the imaging entity) retains copyrights for all video and audio we record. However, since LLV is all about sharing video, we extend to you and the owner of the property exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any video and audio we record on your behalf for a period of 6 months, unless additional arrangement are made.
  • Cross-Promotion & PortfolioUnless you've explicitly requested a Non-Disclosure Agreement ("NDA") option, you hereby grant LLV a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use the video and/or audio we record in portfolio, in promotion or for other marketing purposes.
  • Delivery & SpecificationsYour videos will be delivered in a digital format through our website and partner services that we utilize (such as Matterport, Vimeo, and Dropbox). A personal link will be emailed to your email address, allowing you to view and download copies of your videos. Although we will be happy to help you to access, download and embed our products, we do not provide any tangible versions of our products.

The Project Agreements

  • Project ReadinessThe property is to be imaged as is upon arrival. A property preparation checklist has been provided to ensure the property is in an ideal state for imaging. If the property is deemed unready and the photographer is requested to make any adjustments, an additional fee will be discussed in correlation with the amount of preparation required. If instead the appointment is cancelled, a $50 cancellation fee will incur.
  • Service AreaProperties outside of 20 miles of Indialantic, FL 32903 subject to an additional mileage fee at the current IRS mileage rate.

  • Cancellations and No-Shows:If an agent or owner cancel a project with less than 24 hours notice, cancellations and no-shows are subject to a $50 dollar fee. This includes if the property owner is not ready for imaging and if the property is inaccessible (except for weather or act of God).
  • WeatherIn the event of poor weather and dark skies, rescheduling appointments will be suggested and free of charge. In the case of needing to take an extra trip(s) to the property, a minimum fee of $30 dollars will be charged depending on distance.
  • PaymentIn most cases, payment will be required prior to the delivery of images. Bounced checks will incur an additional $25 dollar fee. Any payments not made within the invoiced terms of service are subject to an additional fee at 15% of the service price. Check, cash, and PayPal are all acceptable forms of payment.
  • TaxesAll imagery will be digitally transferred unless otherwise specified by the client. If client requires a physical copy of the work, such as prints or flash drives, the order will be subject 7% sales tax.
  • Property Photo/Video Release FormAll properties are subject to a property release. If an owner or caretaker denies LLV access to complete the job, the agent will be billed a $50 cancellation fee. For LLV to complete the project, (requiring a return visit), the contracting agent will need to provide a Property Photo/Video Release Form. If deemed necessary, the release will need to be signed by the property owner or a representative of the property owner before the property can be imaged.
